How it works
Run every site from the same screens.
Each warehouse runs its own way
Give every warehouse its ship-from address, time zone and scanning rules, and lay out its bins. Your teams work in the same app, each in their own building.
- Bin types. Pick, bulk, staging, overstock and not-sellable bins.
- Floor map. Draw the layout in 2D or 3D, and group bins into places.
- Pause a site. Deactivate a warehouse without losing its history.

Stock in step with Shopify, location by location
Map each warehouse to a Shopify or Lightspeed location and choose who owns the count. When Logentic owns it, every receipt, pick and adjustment updates that location.
- Per-location sync. Each warehouse's stock goes to its own location.
- You choose the owner. Logentic, Shopify, or catalog only, per warehouse.
- Allocated on arrival. Orders waiting for stock are allocated when it's received.

Move stock between warehouses
Transfers reserve the units at the origin, go through pick and pack, and travel with a carrier label or on your own truck. The stock becomes sellable at the destination once it's received and put away.
- Reserved at the origin. Units in transit can't be sold twice.
- Carrier or your truck. Print a label or dispatch it yourself.
- Across the border. Transfers to a US warehouse carry their customs lines.
